Gas or Oil fired, all modern boilers benefit from yearly servicing.

It is usually a requirement of the boiler’s guarantee that this is carried out and recorded in the log book. It makes sense, as it ensures the boiler works at top efficiency.

It also includes many safety checks which are essential for your peace of mind. An in-date tested Carbon Monoxide alarm at the location of each appliance is recommended.

Boilers that are beyond repair need replacing with something better.
